Kelly was born in Brooklyn, New York and relocated to South Florida as a teenager. She has lived and worked in the Davie-Plantation area for the past 33 years. With an education in paralegalism she began her real estate career working for a developer in Boca. She realized her passion for the real estate industry and obtained her license and began working as a full time real estate associate in 1987.
Kelly has always been a strong believer in the power of determination and knows that once she sets a goal, she can stay focused in order to achieve it. She provides a high degree of confidentiality, integrity, professionalism and above all, exceptional service when working with real estate clients.
Kelly’s husband Rosario, was born in Italy and moved to the United States when he was 10 years old. His family settled in Middletown, Connecticut where he was educated and relocated to South Florida 30 years ago. At that time, with his brother as partner he established several high-end full service hair salons where he not only managed the business, he was also a very successful stylist. In addition to his salon businesses he invested in real estate. He especially enjoyed renovating and selling his own properties.
Rosario has since retired from the hair salon business (much to his client’s dismay!) to join his wife in a full time real estate career. He is a consummate professional and likens the hair industry to real estate; “I believe in giving each of my client’s pampered, individual attention throughout their transaction. Everyone’s lifestyle is unique, so their needs will be different”.
Kelly and Rosario live in the Plantation area with their two sons. Family comes first and in their spare time they enjoy sports and taking “active” vacations together. Kelly is a member of the Plantation Junior Woman’s Club, a non-profit organization of women that supports many charitable organizations and is committed to community service to the city of Plantation.
Both Kelly and Rosario make it a point to keep up with the latest market information and are constantly updating their education on current business trends. They use the latest industry technology to help their clients get the most from their buying and selling experience. “Buyers are spending considerable time on the internet searching for properties. Having an interactive website for our clients and making sure their homes are enhanced with virtual tours as well as several photos for maximum exposure is imperative.”
